Their goal, ultimately would be to one of the top teams in the world again. Taking into consideration that they were completely unstoppable a good few years ago. Their decline has been a tough one to watch.

So, let's say this is something that's possible, if they had to do this they would have no overtake for the remainder of the lap. Certain tracks that have long straights and fast corners offers little in terms of ERS recovery. So they might only have one stint of full deployable energy. In cases like that it would have to be used very sparingly.
